Mongolian washed coking coal products to reach end users directly
Energy Resources has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the Baotou steel plant, the largest producer in Inner Mongolia’s steel-making region. The agreement was signed during the visit of the Prime Minister of Mongolia, J.
Erdenebat, to China. As a result, washed coking coal products with value added in Mongolia will reach end users directly, without any intermediary. In other words, Mongolian coal will reach the market at a higher price and its value will increase, which in turn will make a greater contribution to Mongolia’s economy through export revenue and taxes and fees.
