The platform ensures requests are logged accurately and resolved quickly, allowing stakeholders to receive clear and timely responses. Stakeholders wishing to submit feedback, requests, or grievances while keeping personal details confidential may use the live chat on the official company website or call 7013-2279. Calls and inquiries received through these channels are handled and processed by an independent third-party operator. This structure eliminates any possibility of tracing caller information, ensuring full protection of personal data.
