Masks and sea buckthorn juice delivered to border officers
At a time when coronavirus prevention measures are under way across the country, Energy Resources has delivered disposable face masks and sea buckthorn juice to the border, customs and other agencies at the Gashuunsukhait crossing and to officers at the Gantsmod crossing in neighbouring China.
It has also supplied protective clothing and equipment in support of the work of the soum and local disaster prevention headquarters.
Because of the spread of coronavirus infection, traffic through the Gashuunsukhait–Gantsmod crossing has fallen noticeably, and a decision to temporarily restrict operations at the crossing is under discussion.
These organisations, whose staff deal with very many people every day, have passed on their thanks to the miners of Ukhaa Khudag for the material and moral support they have provided.
