Energy Resources LLC will select and issue an additional 431 “C” type permits for the first quarter of 2024 between 5 and 8 April 2024 in accordance with the Company’s internal procedure, so please submit your application for a “C” type permit for that quarter, electronically or in original form, to the address below between 09:00 on 1 April 2024 and 18:00 on 4 April 2024. The unified system of the National Road Transport Center will be open during that period.

Container vehicles submitting an application must meet the following requirements:

· the application must have been submitted through the unified system of the National Road Transport Center with our mine selected;
· the applicant must not have submitted documents for, or been selected in, the transport selection process of another mine;
· the applicant must not have a long-haul transport contract.
· the applicant must have worked with our mine under a liability agreement on two or more occasions with no breach of contract

The formal application must also state the number of vehicles, the capacity and details of the camp, the certificate of conformity and customs authorised carrier status; applications submitted after the stated period will not be accepted. Applications that do not meet the documentation requirements or are incomplete cannot be included in the selection.
